Diagnosed with endolymphatic sac tumor, a rare form of brain tumour, in 2004, Jason was forced to confront mortality at the prime of his life.
Fast forward to today, he has spent several years feeding the poor in impoverished countries and continues to do so. As owner of Olive Vine restaurant, he and his wife run the business missional style—giving a portion of its proceeds towards funding these projects.
